Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel is a delight, with a delicious spread to start the day off right.

The location of this B&B is very convenient, with the downtown area easily accessible on foot. parks and popular restaurants are also situated nearby. the breakfast spread is pleasing with a variety of delicious options. the outdoor courtyard area and porch are great for relaxing.

The decor and upkeep of some of the rooms could use some work to improve guest comfort.
